- Tents are not allowed in RV sites. Tent camping is offered at Greensport Marina, Oct 1 – May 1.
Cancellation policy
Cancel 7 days or more in advance of check-in: full refund, minus a $15 cancellation fee.
Cancel less than 7 days before check-in: credit for a future stay, minus a $15 cancellation fee.
If no contact is made prior to the day of check-in, no credit will be issued.
If a second cancellation occurs from a credit on account, the credit on account will be null and void.

Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
If arriving after 7 p.m., please let the office staff know in advance.
