- Rates do not include tax. Holiday rates differ.
- Tents are not allowed in RV sites. Tent camping is offered at Greensport Marina, Oct 1 – May 1.
Reservations & cancellations
Payment is due at the time of reservation.
Cancel 7+ days before check-in: full refund, minus a $15 cancellation fee.
Cancel less than 7 days before check-in: credit for a future stay, minus a $15 cancellation fee.
No contact before check-in day: no credit issued. A second cancellation from credit on account voids the credit.
