Yes! Greensport welcomes snowbirds, seasonal travelers, traveling professionals, and other guests seeking monthly or extended stays. Our campground offers full-hookup sites in a welcoming recreational setting, rather than a permanent residential RV park. Long-term stays are subject to park policies: RVs must be 20 years old or newer and in excellent condition; background checks are required for stays longer than 29 days. Monthly electricity is billed separately. IMPORTANT: Call 205-505-0027 to book monthly or long-term stays directly with the team; the online booking system does not display the correct long-term rate.

For cancellations at least seven days before check-in, Greensport provides a refund less a $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations fewer than seven days before check-in receive a credit toward a future stay, less the $15 fee. If no notice is given before the check-in date, no credit is issued. A second cancellation of a booking made with an existing credit forfeits that credit. Review the current policy at greensportrvpark.com/rates before booking.

Nightly, weekly, and monthly rates vary by campsite type, length of stay, dates, and applicable holiday or event pricing. Every RV site includes full hookups. View current nightly and weekly prices in the online reservation system or at greensportrvpark.com/rates. For the correct monthly or long-term rate and reservation, please call 205-505-0027; do not use online booking for monthly stays.
