Ladies Boxing Fitness with Brandi is a fun, high-energy workout designed to improve strength, cardio endurance, and confidence. This women-only class combines boxing-inspired movements, cardio drills, and light strength training for a full-body workout. No boxing experience is required, and all fitness levels are welcome. Classes focus on proper technique, stress relief, and having fun in a supportive environment. Sessions are held every other Friday. Just bring water, athletic shoes, and a positive attitude.
